Group two of #TeamInvacare charity skydive team arrived at the Skydive Swansea drop zone to the total opposite weather conditions of the previous week. Whilst group one were spoilt with blue skies and blazing sun the remaining group that jumped this Saturday were greeted with low cloud, drizzle and general Welsh gloom!

After a delayed start, patches of blue were spotted between all the grey and the experience team at Skydive Swansea gave the green light as the team were kitted up ready to go and put on hold. There’s nothing like a delay to let the nerves and excitement build up!

After a short wait some pretty exceptional weather conditions saw two huge holes appears in the cloud offering perfect blue sky jumps for the team, who were now itching to get going. They were all absolute stars and completed the challenge with huge grins.

All funds raised will go directly to a very brave and deserving young boy, Dylan. Dylan has a rare neuromuscular disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy so his family and friends are raising funds in order to provide Dylan with specialist equipment to offer him more independence. Our aim in the skydive challenge is to raise as much sponsorship as possible as well as raise awareness of this rare disorder.

Well done to #TeamInvacare! Not only did everyone support a great cause but it also served as a fantastic team building event.
