Calling all 'superheroes' we're looking for you to join Team Invacare this summer to take part in this super fun event around Dorney Lake.  Be part of our team and we'll support you around the course with our super 'sidekicks'.

What is it?

Its a mini triathlon style fun event around Dorney Lake and involves a swim, a cycle and a push/run or walk. We can do all the stages together or nominate different team members to do a each stage.

Superheroes is all about inclusivity and having fun. You can use anything to help you complete the stages from flippers, floats and boats in the water, all types of adaptive bikes, trikes and wheelchairs, and for the final run/walk/push you can use buggies, wheelchairs, walkers or powerchairs!

As a super fun event, the dress code is also super fun so dress up in your favourite superhero costume.

Here's an idea of the distances, but don't worry, we'll be here to help you along the way and you can do as much as you can. As a team we can do all the stages together or we can nominate people in the team to do each different state. There are no cut off times you can take as long as you need and all types of gadgets & gizmos are welcome. 

The Superhero Tri distances:

Sprint Superhero Tri: Swim 150m, Bike 3km, Push/run 1km

Half Superhero Tri: Swim 400m, Bike 10km, Push/run 2.5km

Full Superhero Tri: Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Push/run 5km
