Leading global mobility equipment manufacturer Invacare shared a stand with Midshires Group at Naidex National this year. Over the duration of the show, the stand was very busy and the team were delighted to give endless product demonstrations. It was an ideal opportunity to present a selection of Invacare’s exciting new products that demonstrate innovative design and clever technology as well as connect with consumers and healthcare professionals.
Some of the most influential products presented at the show include:
The new Küschall range
As the smallest folding wheelchair, the Küschall Champion SK was an eye-catching showcase which sparked a lot of interest. Presented in a glass box in its smallest folded position, the chair is comparable in size to an A4 folder, many visitors to the show were keen to see the chair fold in a live demonstration by the team.
A winning combination that impressed many visitors to the stand was the Küschall K-series with Alber Twion wheels. These high tech, power assist wheels were demonstrated with a smartphone remote control using a Bluetooth connection via the new, innovative Alber app. They attracted a wide audience as the Küschall K-series was remotely driven demonstrating the power and simplicity of control.
LiNX advanced technology
LiNX controllers proved to be a significant hit with the audience as some visitors remarked it is “absolutely amazing” and the “best I’ve ever experienced”. LiNX is Invacare’s most advanced control technology that features on our more popular powerchairs. This control system is unique to Invacare and provides enhanced drive control and performance truly revolutionising controls for the future. It features Bluetooth connectivity for smarter, faster programme updates making sure your LiNX control software is always up to date.
Coming soon is the new MyLiNX app which will give you the facility to view ‘real-time’ diagnostics, health status and performance of your powerchair all with the simplicity of your smartphone. More details to follow.
Spectra XTR3
As a new addition to one of our most successful range of powerchairs, it’s no surprise that the Spectra XTR3 impressed visitors at the show. Featuring LiNX technology, the highly versatile new powerchair offers more choice and more style with super quiet motors and 25% more range compared to previous models. An attractive feature of the new Spectra XTR3 is the impressively wide choice of colour shrouds with over 40 different colour combinations; making an easily personalised powerchair.
More to offer
Throughout the course of the show, Invacare had a number of offers including the opportunity to obtain a FREE seat riser on selected Invacare power chairs. Visitors who ordered a Küschallchair at the show could also receive any Neon frame colour and colour power set FREE of charge (on selected models).
