Design, functionality and easy-set up hardware are at the heart of this backrest that delivers essential postural support exactly where its required. Using the same hardware design as the Matrx Mini back, it provides a product with familiarity and ease of set up offering superior comfort compared with the previous MX1 model.
 
The back‐shell features cut outs which further enhance its lightweight design and offers breathability as well as featuring vertical slots to allow easy height adjustments while the individual is seated. Matrx MX2 hardware offers a wider choice of heights from 150mm to 410mm and has stepless angle adjustments for the perfect fit.  The Carbon Fibre plate with ‘fixed mount’ hardware offers maximum shock absorption and weighs only 17.6kg!
 
Matrx MX2 can be fitted to most makes of manual wheelchairs and is now available in more sizes compared to its predecessor providing more choice to a wider range of clients.
